A consistent pattern of inefficiencies, doomed creativity, and fractured relationships both internally and externally. Everyone, everywhere seemed just so unhappy. Even the work was wearing an invisible frown.

To make matters worse, the solutions to the ubiquitous problems didn’t require advanced calculus. They were right there, up for grabs. The will for change, under the weight of bureaucracy, just wasn’t.
